Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for most items within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, and packaging materials must be included.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene regulations, the following items are non-returnable unless defective:

Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

If validated, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund, including shipping.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds exclude original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping Instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure delivery.

Returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at info@abhirsh.com with your request.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel, email info@abhirsh.com with your order number and reason.
8. Warranty & Product Support
Some products, such as our Aquarium Heaters, may come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the product documentation or contact us for warranty claims.
